About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and target-driven Immigration Consultant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a passion for helping clients achieve their immigration goals, and a proven ability to convert leads into successful applications.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and qualify potential clients through inbound and outbound channels.
Understand clients’ immigration needs (PR, work permit, study visa, etc.) and recommend suitable programs.
Conduct consultations via phone, video call, or in-person meetings.
Stay up to date with immigration laws and policies for Canada, Australia, UK, USA, and other destinations.
Convert leads into successful sales by following up, resolving objections, and building trust.
Achieve and exceed monthly sales and conversion targets.
Maintain accurate records of all client interactions in CRM tools.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
0–3 years of experience in sales, preferably in immigration, education, or travel industries.
Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
Excellent problem-solving and client-handling abilities.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.

Preferred Qualifications

Prior experience in the immigration industry.
Knowledge of visa and immigration requirements for Canada, Australia, UK, or USA.
